Nowadays, recording devices have become so small and compact that everyone can record daily with their smartphone and publish them on the web at the same time. By locating the data, one additionally creates images of a time in which everyone has become a data collector. After all, it is no longer state or otherwise privileged institutions that monitor persons without special rights, but it is the monitored persons themselves who monitor higher-ranking institutions and store and pass on information in masses and ultimately bear responsibility for it.
