PLAYGROUND ISRAEL is a theater and performing arts festival in Berlin, hosted by Theater an der Parkaue in cooperation with the Israeli embassy in Berlin. The festival, especially aiming for young audiences and families, provides a wide program of theater productions, readings, discussions and concerts. The program is meant to create a platform for encounters between artists from Israel, Israeli artists from Berlin and the Berlin audience. Together with illustration artist Ella Cohen the project was about to create a two-minute trailer which introduces the festival by bringing Ella’s illustrations audiovisually alive.
